About the event
Embrace movement through some slow flow and restorative postures to release energy build up in the body and mind. The practice will be for all levels and simply a way to get you ready to settle into the sound bath. After movement, you will lay back and experience a sound bath played with crystal singing bowls. The frequencies that come from these bowls support your energy and healing. They can break up any built up energy stored in the body and support coming back to a natural energetic space. The frequencies can help break up emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical blocks that you may have.
