About Sunflower Spirit Wellness
Sunflower Spirit Wellness truly represents what Kaitlin wants to see for each individual in the world; peace, playfulness, and joy! She created this company as a way to connect you back to yourself and to others who are taking on a different way of living. She was introduced to yoga in September of 2017 and it has changed her life ever since. Yoga is not just moving your body into shapes, it's a way of living everyday.
Kaitlin also created Sunflower Spirit Wellness to share energy healing and sound. She specifically enjoys working with animals and provides reiki healing energy to support them when they need it. Energy support and healing is so important in our fast paced world, and Kaitlin is hoping to help you slow down and tune into self care practices that nurture your soul while also supporting your growth.

I offer a wide range of different healing services. Some of them are listed below. Many of these services can be done individually as well as in a group setting. Wellness is broad and can include many different things and I am here to help you find what works best for you.
